1. Biological factors:- These are normal changes that occurs in the body as one grows daily. The rate of cells division begine to slow down, therefore, new body cells are slowly or hardly formed, these changes affects some people sooner than the other. It depends on number of variables. It occurs as one gradually accomodate various damage cells, and body tissues, which are toxic to the system.
2. Chronological factors:- This is the amount of time you have spent from your birth to the given date. Your age in terms of the year you were born, months and days. It is actually your age and not calculated from your look. It is the fact about you.
3. Psychological Factors:- This is all about your feelings, acts and behaviour. However, you can have a psychological age that exceeds that of your chronological age, if you feel more mature or feel older, than you really are, and when you are engaging in more mature activities. It is therefore, common during adolescent that is early teens and late adults.
However, there had been researches on how to slow down ageing and prevent its chronic illnesses. Which are by changing our diet and lifestyle, this helps us to look.younger than our age. Such research method include, fasting , developing immune system rejuvenation strategies, restoration of loss bones, cellular regeneration.
In conclusion, Ageing is good and inevitable but the terror is death.
