1. Be Active/ Exercise
Exercise is good for your lungs, and your general body, just as you do exercise to keep your body in shape and heart healthy, same applied to your lung too. Exercise keeps your lungs in shape. Oxygen is the fuel needed to fuel your muscles, and the lungs then, then deliver that oxygen while expelling additional carbon dioxide. Exercise can improve the symptoms of some long-term lung conditions.
You can gym, take a walk, jog, or regular tennis game can do the trick, for about 30 minutes, five times a week. Just make sure to talk to your doctor about your exercise plan if you already have breathing problems.

2. Monitor Your Appliances

Humidifier it's a simple device that puts moisture into the air to help you breathe easier. Its should be clean regularly or change, because, it could develop an airborne fungus that can infect and inflame your lungs.
6. Do not Smoke or stop smoking
Smokers are liable to die young, its increases the risks of lung cancer, smoking narrow and inflame your airway, therefore making breathing difficult. You can develop nagging cough, and smoking also destroys the tissue of your system..
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) can also occurs which is a condition of the tiny air sacs in the lungs that process oxygen thats been damaged.
7. Eat greens and fruits
Eating lots of fruits and vegetables boost your immune system so keep you healthier from infection.

Water keep you hydrated and helps eliminate unwanted toxic in the body
