BISHOP DAVID OLANIYI OYEDEPO 




Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, is the founder and presiding Bishop of the Faith Terbernacle in Ogun State, Ota precisely, and the Living Faith Church ,which is also called Winners Chapel Worldwide international. The ministry started in Kaduna, but later moved to Lagos, in 1989, after receiving instructions from God. 

Living Faith Church a.k.a Winner Chapel International  is now located in all over the State in Nigeria, African Country, Dubai, the United Kingdom and in the United State.
He is also the Vice Chancellor of Convenant University and Landmark University.

He hail from Omu-Aran, Irepodun Local government Kwara State, Nigeria from the family of Ibrahim(Muslim) and his mother  Dorcas a member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Aladura Movement Church, Nigeria. But was born in Osogbo on 27th September, 1954,  and raised by his grandmother who taught him the virtues of Christianity.

He is an Architect by profession from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin. He bag his PhD in Human Development from Honolulu University, Hawaii, US

Before concentrating on ministerial work he work briefly with the Federal Ministry of Housing In Ilorin.
After being born again in 1969 through Betty Lesher in his high School days, he received a mandate on May 1981 to Liberate the people from devil's oppression through the word of faith. 

He was Ordained as a Pastor in September 17, 1983 together with his wife, by Pastor Enoch Adeboye who also officially commission his new church. Five years later after this he was ordain as a Bishop 

Oyedepo believe to be the wealthiest preacher in Nigeria, he is also an author and publisher, who has written over 70 title books. He is the Chairman of Dominion Publishing House.

In 1999 he acquired 530 acre of land (2.1km²) to commission an increasing number of worshiper,  built new base know as Canaan Land, in Ota Ogun state, which now stand as the headquarters, it home 50,000 seat capacity auditorium recorded as the largest Church auditorium in 1995 by Guinness book of record, the secretariat, Youth Chapel, Kingdom Heritage model School, mission secondary school( Faith Academy), Convenant University facilities with hostel, with numerous staff housig facilities, bottle water processing plant, bakery, a petroleum station restaurants,Residential houses, accommodation, shopping store, and four banks.

Shillo, the biggest annual meeting hold on December every year in the faith Terbernacle, which host different people all over the world.
He is happily married to Florence Abiola Akano now Faith Oyedepo in 1979 and bless with children. Praise
